Purpose of this Privacy Policy

We at Termite Doctor recognize the importance of protecting your personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, e-mail address and other contact information, collectively, “ID NUMBER”) that you provide to Termite Doctor. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your ID NUMBER both through our online and offline operations. This Privacy Policy also explains how you can correct or change the ID NUMBER we hold about you, or opt out of receiving certain marketing materials.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you how Termite Doctor strives to better serve you by keeping you informed of promotions, products and services, while, at the same time, safeguarding your ID NUMBER. Our intent is to bring you offers and discounts that we believe are relevant to your interests offered by and through Termite Doctor business units and affiliates (including, for purposes of this Privacy Policy, our franchise system affiliates) and other non-affiliated companies with whom we have business relationships

We may also need certain information from you when you request any of the following services or equipment: Special Needs/Optional Equipment; Special Offers/Discounts; Partner Member Numbers; use of an Termite Doctor Inc. orate Discount number and other preferences. For example, if you wish to use a discount that Termite Doctor provides to members of an association/affiliate to which you belong, we may collect information about your membership to verify and provide you with the correct discount for our services.

How we collect this information will depend on how you use our services. We may collect this information directly from you by postal mail, phone, fax, e-mail, at the counter, upon completion of an application or enrollment form, or through your use of our Site or the Internet. How Personally Identifiable Information is Used and Disclosed by Termite Doctor

We strive to ensure that we give you a stress-free service experience and are dedicated to building a rewarding and lasting relationship with every customer. In order to provide the level of service we believe you expect from us, we may use your ID NUMBER for the following purposes:

To provide the services and offerings that you request, and to communicate with you regarding such services and offerings;

To research, develop, manage, protect and improve our Site and services;

Web site Tracking and the Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

Most cookies expire after a defined period of time, or you can delete your cookie file at any time.

Our Site may contain links or references to other Web sites outside of our control, and the privacy policies of these sites may differ from our own. Please be aware that we have no control over such Web sites and our privacy policy does not apply to such Web sites. Framing

Occasionally when linking to another Web site from Termite Doctor.org, you may still see Termite Doctor’s logo or a Termite Doctor.org frame. This is to provide you with a seamless experience when visiting our web site. In these cases, you are no longer on Termite Doctor.org but a different, third party Web site not owned or controlled by Termite Doctor. The information collection practices of the third party's site may differ from Termite Doctor’s. The privacy policy of a third party site will govern how information collected from you is used by the owner of the site. You will always know what site you are on by checking the location bar in your browser.

How We Protect the Security of Personally Identifiable Information

The security of your information is an important concern to us. We exercise reasonable care in implementing generally accepted standards of technology security in order to protect information collected via our Site from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for some of your more sensitive information.

In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you of that development. If a notification is appropriate, we would endeavor to do so as promptly as possible under the circumstances, and, to the extent we have your current e-mail address, we may notify you by e-mail.

How to Correct or Update Personally Identifiable Information that Termite Doctor Maintains Or Opt Out of Receiving Marketing Materials from Termite Doctor

You can opt-out of our use and disclosure of your ID NUMBER for marketing purposes and customer satisfaction surveys, and/or withdraw your prior consent for same, by the methods provided below. Your consent will be withdrawn; however, it is possible that you may receive correspondences scheduled prior to our receipt and processing of your opt-out request.

To Opt Out of Postal Mail from Termite Doctor and/or our partners: You may E-mail us at sales@TermiteDoctorgroup.org,

We may also provide additional methods for you to opt-out of having your ID NUMBER used or disclosed for promotional and marketing purposes, such as by clicking on a checkbox located on the page of our site on which your ID NUMBER is collected, or otherwise made available when you make service requestss.

Your option not to receive promotional and marketing material: (a) shall not preclude us from corresponding with you, by e-mail or otherwise, regarding your relationship with us (e.g., your account status and activity or our responses to questions or inquiries you pose to us, confirmations for existing service requestss); (b) shall not preclude us, including our employees, contractors, agents and other representatives, from accessing and viewing your ID NUMBER for our internal business purposes; and (c) shall not preclude us from disclosing your ID NUMBER as described in this Privacy Policy for purposes other than sending you promotional and marketing materials.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United State and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principals. By providing any ID NUMBER to us, that you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of such ID NUMBER to, and the collection and processing of such ID NUMBER in, the United States and other countries or territories. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under this Privacy Policy shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in the State of Florida, County of Miami. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Miami County in the State of Florida or the United States District Court for the District of Florida.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time so visitors are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy at the inception of each session.

Your Acceptance of this Privacy Policy

By using our Site, or otherwise providing your ID NUMBER to us, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site or provide any ID NUMBER to us.
